Caroline Clennell owns and operates the car body repair franchise, ChipsAway, in the West Country. She is also the Director of Vintage Valets – providing old fashioned love for vehicles of any age. Caroline arrived in the auto industry in 2016, through her passion for cars, having had two successful careers in the UK Foreign Service and as a University Lecturer – her specialism for both was media and communications. She has published a number of books and articles under the name Caroline Jaine. Caroline is also the founder of (POWAS) Promoting Women in the Automotive Sector, The Gloucestershire Girl Garage and an Affiliate Member of the Institute of Motor Industry (IMI).

Caroline also offers consultancy, training and is an experienced public speaker.
